A fitness class designed just for kids

The Fitness Bears Program is designed to help in the nationwide effort to promote healthy and physically active lifestyles for children. This new program will focus on fun physical activities and proper nutrition. By teaching proper nutrition to our students, we help reinforce lifelong eating habits that contribute to their overall well-being. With our fun filled sport themed lessons, students learn Exercise equals Fun! This program helps show kids how to enjoy physical activity, then find an activity they enjoy doing.

Teaching Philosophy

Exercise = FUN!

We believe that in order to slow down the fast growing problem of childhood obesity children must earn at an early age to be active and take care of their bodies. Our goal is to make every child discover how he or she can enjoy being active by exploring a variety of activities in a non-competitive environment.

** If your child is currently enrolled in the tumblebear gymnastics program and also enrolls in the fitness program, tuition for the fitness program will be half price
